以2A12铝合金板材框零件为研究对象,针对其使用闸压模闸压时易出现裂纹、冲裁缺口时噪声比较大和钻定位孔工序比较繁琐的问题,从板材成形和模具设计方面改进了该零件的成形工艺。提出了用折弯机折弯板料代替闸压模闸压板料,用冲裁完的缺口定位代替在板材框双面开定位孔定位的工艺方案,改进了缺口冲模结构,将阳模设计成一边为50°斜刃、另一边为3°斜刃的形式。从冲裁力计算、模具结构、模具工作原理、模具主要零件设计等方面阐述了模具设计的过程,设计了同时冲切板材框双面缺口的模具。结果表明,使用折弯机折弯板料时未出现裂纹,用冲裁完的缺口定位板料时定位准确,采用斜刃的阳模降低了冲裁缺口时的噪声。将设计的缺口冲模应用于生产,得到了合格的零件,提高了缺口冲切的效率。
