本文以循环经济为研究背景,为实现河北省钢铁产业的生态化转型,以生态效率为主线,探讨河北省钢铁产业生态效率的内涵,构建钢铁产业的生态效率评价指标体系。选用核主成分分析法消除评价指标之间的相关影响,减少指标选择的工作量。从不期望产出的角度出发,将钢铁产业的环境负荷作为一种非期望输入引入到数据包络分析模型中,从而构建河北省钢铁产业生态效率模型。最后根据实证研究结果为促进河北省钢铁产业生态化转型给出改进对策和措施。
In this paper, we take the recycling economy as the research background. In order to realize the ecological transformation of the steel industry in Hebei Province, the author takes ecological efficiency as the main line to explore the connotation of ecological efficiency of steel industry in Hebei Province and build the index system of ecological efficiency of steel industry. Use of principal component analysis to eliminate the correlation between the evaluation of the impact of indicators to reduce the workload of choice. From the perspective of no output expectation, the environmental load of the iron and steel industry is introduced into the data envelopment analysis model as an unexpected input, so as to construct the ecological efficiency model of steel industry in Hebei Province. Finally, according to the results of empirical research, we give some countermeasures and measures to promote the ecological transformation of Hebei iron and steel industry.
