1 研制概况高炉冶炼使用自熔性烧结矿能降低燃料消耗,而高炉使用高碱度烧结矿是降低焦比提高产量的重要措施。我厂1963年起,生产自熔性烧结矿都是以熟石灰为碱性物加入。采用石灰为碱性物生产自熔性烧结矿,不但操作条件差,而且烧结矿在空气中易分化、强度低、粉末多,给高炉正常冶炼带来一定的影响。石灰是建筑及轻化工生产中重要原料,采购十分困难,近几年我厂都是用白煤委托单位加工,每月要消耗2000余吨,而且经常供不应求,影响生产。

Lime is an important raw material in the construction and light chemical industry. Purchasing is very difficult. In recent years, our factory is processing units commissioned by white coal and consumes more than 2,000 tons a month, often in short supply, affecting production.
