目的对单独用亚甲蓝判定乳腺癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)转移的方法进行临床研究。方法选择能够手术的乳腺癌患者60例,术前检查腋窝淋巴结(ALN)阴性,全部单独用亚甲蓝作为SLN示踪剂。结果所有患者都施行乳腺癌改良根治术,并将SLN和ALN分别送病理学检测,准确率为96.6%,假阴性率为7.14%,灵敏度为92.9%。结论单独用亚甲蓝判定SLN的准确率高,可以此简化乳腺癌的术式,从而使患者术后生活质量大为改善。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of methylene blue alone in the metastasis of sentinel lymph node (SLN) in breast cancer. Methods Sixty patients with operable breast cancer were selected. The axillary lymph nodes (ALNs) were negative before operation. Methylene blue alone was used as SLN tracer. Results All patients underwent modified radical mastectomy. SLN and ALN were sent to pathology respectively. The accuracy rate was 96.6%, the false negative rate was 7.14% and the sensitivity was 92.9%. Conclusions The high accuracy rate of SLN using methylene blue alone can simplify the operation of breast cancer so that the postoperative quality of life of the patients is greatly improved.
