当前,我国装备制造企业已从企业层面的竞争,上升到供应链层面的竞争。上汽大众汽车有限公司的案例说明,不同层次的企业协同与供应链柔性均有不同程度的相关。其中,业务协同对供应、物流柔性有较大影响;策略协同对生产柔性有较大影响;战略协同对生产、供应柔性有较大影响。研究结论对我国装备制造业企业具有一定的指导意义。
At present, China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises have risen from the competition at the enterprise level to the competition at the supply chain level. The case of SAIC-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. shows that different levels of business collaboration and supply chain flexibility have varying degrees of correlation. Among them, business coordination has great influence on supply and logistics flexibility. Strategic coordination has a greater impact on production flexibility. Strategic coordination has a greater impact on production and supply flexibility. The conclusion of the study is of guiding significance to China’s equipment manufacturing enterprises.
