德育工作是技工学校素质教育的关键,随着国家对职业教育力度的不断加大,技工学校发展迅猛,学生数量不断增多,如何针对技工学生开展德育工作,如何提高效果、创新思路,是摆在中职教育工作者面前一个值得思索的问题。
