一、工程概况柳州饭店八号楼位于柳州饭店西南角(图1)。柳州饭店东濒柳江,南临城市干道,西离商业区不远。八号楼在柳州饭店内自成一完整的服务体系,主楼部分为客房楼,底层有商店、银行、邮电、理发等公共服务设施;2～10层为客房层(2～9层为标准层),共有客房177间,设计标准床位414个,每层兼设有会议室,可供小型会议或文娱活动使用 I.
