吸烟是一个公共卫生问题,其危害性已引起世界各国广泛的关注。本文采用人体外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变方法,研究吸烟者与不吸烟者外周血淋巴细胞在MEM+FA(Minimal EssentialMedium加Folic Acid)和MEM—FA(无Folic Acid)培养基中及48h、96h培养所得到的染色体畸变率的关系,并研究叶酸(Folic Acid)对染色体畸变的效应作用。结果表明,吸烟者染色体畸变率高于不吸烟者。无叶酸的培养基(MEM—FA)的淋巴细胞染色体畸变率比有叶酸培养基(MEM+FA)高。染色体畸变率C组频率最高,长臂部位畸变为主,其次A组,1、3号染色体畸变为主。
Smoking is a public health problem, its harmfulness has caused widespread concern around the world. In this study, peripheral blood lymphocytes from smokers and non-smokers were cultured in MEM + FA (Minimal Essential Medium plus Folic Acid) and MEM-FA (Folic Acid free medium) and 48h, 96h The relationship between chromosomal aberration rate and the effect of folic acid on chromosome aberration was studied. The results showed that smoker chromosome aberration rate higher than non-smoker. Folic acid free medium (MEM-FA) lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate higher than the folic acid medium (MEM + FA). Chromosome aberration rate of C group the highest frequency, mainly long arm position distortion, followed by A group, 1, 3 chromosomal aberrations.
