全国有21个单位51名专家参加的、航天部主持召开的200℃高温连接器用导电弹性材料(CE-4合金),于1987年10月8~9日在杭州通过技术鉴定。该成果系上海交通大学、上海合金厂与航天部825厂协作研制成功的。CE-4合金具有相当高的强度,良好的延性,比铍青铜高的弹性模量和可相媲美的导电性能,抗应力松弛性能也超过铍青铜。目前已充分掌握其生产工艺,其热处理工艺范围比铍青铜宽。用于Y11产品试制,经历了各种工艺性能、环境,特别是200℃×1000小时例行试验的考核,各项指标完全满足我国第一个圆形电连接器军用标准的要求,填补了国内空白,属围内首创,成本低
