铁是畜禽生长发育所必需的微量元素,是合成血红蛋白、细胞色素氧化酶等的重要原料。缺铁是世界范围内最常见的动物营养缺乏症,特别是初生仔猪严重铁缺乏。研究应用补铁剂是解决初生仔猪铁缺乏一大课题。笔者用牲血素、右旋糖酐铁钴针对妊娠母猪、乳猪肌注补铁,分30日龄、60日龄与对照组(未注铁剂),比较仔猪生长状况、增重效果以及对仔猪血红蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:60日龄补铁剂4个组头平增重18.279kg,比对照组头平增重16.580kg,提高10.25%,头平增重1.699kg,补铁剂组日增重平均值304.7g,比对照组日增重276.3g,提高10.28%。补铁剂组血红蛋白含量(Hb)平均值110.0mg/m L,比对照组血红蛋白含量(Hb)88.2mg/m L,提高24.72%,差异显著,有效地预防仔猪缺铁性贫血症,加快仔猪生长速度。并对仔猪补铁原理进行了研究。
