针对100%印度赤铁矿生产氧化球团的可行性问题,对印度赤铁矿造球工艺参数进行了试验研究。在微型球团矿焙烧模拟系统中,通过模拟链箅机—回转窑生产工艺,采用正交试验的方法,得出:经细磨后的印度赤铁矿小于0.075 mm的矿粉应达到65%以上;配加膨润土的比例为1%左右;按照试验得出的干燥段和预热段工艺参数,实现100%印度赤铁矿造球是完全可行的。
Aiming at the feasibility of producing oxide pellets from 100% hematite in India, the process parameters of pelletizing in hematite in India were studied. In the micro-pellet roasting simulation system, by means of simulating the production process of the chain machine-rotary kiln, the orthogonal test was used to find that the finely ground Indian hematite slag with the size less than 0.075 mm should reach 65% ; The proportion of adding bentonite is about 1%; according to the experimental parameters of drying section and preheating section, it is completely feasible to achieve 100% hematite pelletizing in India.
