水库兴建后就起到拦蓄洪水、调节流量的作用。洪水经过水库,其中一部分被拦蓄在库中,另一部分经水库的泻洪建筑物泻入下游。因此,入库的洪水过程线,经水库调、泻后就发生变形:洪峰流量被削减,洪水的退落也因水库拦蓄的洪水逐渐泻放而延缓,如图(一)的Q~t,q~t曲线所示。洪水经过水库调泻后的出流过程线q~t如何求得,截至目前为止,工程上应用的较多的有试算法,程学敏的图解法,M、B波塔波夫的图解法等,本文将介绍另一种图解法,这是作者在工作中摸索到的一种图解法。
