由经贸部国际贸易研究所召开的“1991年国际市场趋势研讨会”于8月21日至24日在兰州举行。来自全国省、市、自治区及计划单列市经贸委、外贸局的代表,以及各进出口总公司和海外公司的代表共100多人参加了研讨会。会议期间各方专家就当前世界经济形势、世界贸易和金融等问题进行了讨论,现将会议的主要发言发表如下,以飨读者。
The Seminar on International Market Trends in 1991, convened by the Institute of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, was held in Lanzhou from August 21 to August 24. More than 100 representatives from the economic and trade commissions, foreign trade bureaus of the provinces, cities, autonomous regions and cities specifically designated in the state plan as well as the representatives of the import and export head offices and overseas companies attended the seminar. During the meeting, experts from all sides discussed the current world economic situation, world trade and finance issues. The main speeches of the meeting are hereby issued as follows to readers.
