目的:观察半佛纳米微丸对大鼠的长期毒性。方法:半佛纳米微丸以10.0,5.0,2.5 g.kg-1(为临床拟用量的100,50,25倍)给大鼠连续ig 90 d,停药14 d,分别测量大鼠体重、血液学和血液生化指标,计算脏器系数,并做组织病理学检查。结果:半佛纳米微丸各剂量组大鼠的一般状况、体重、血液学和生化学指标、脏器系数与空白对照组比较,均未见明显差异,病理检查未见与药物相关的明显病变,停药后也未见药物延迟性毒性反应。结论:半佛纳米微丸长期用药无明显毒性,推论临床拟用剂量是安全的。
Objective: To observe the long-term toxicity of semi-Buddha nano-pellets in rats. Methods: The rats were treated with 50, 5, 2.5 g · kg-1 (100, 50, 25 times as much as the clinical dose) for half an hour for 90 days. After stopping for 14 days, the body weight, Hematology and blood biochemical indicators, calculation of organ coefficients, and histopathological examination. Results: There was no significant difference in the general condition, body weight, hematology and biochemical indexes, organ coefficient of the rats treated with hemi-nanometer pellets and the blank control group, and no obvious pathological changes were found , No pharmacological delay after the withdrawal of toxic reactions. Conclusion: Long-term use of semi-smooth nano-pellets no obvious toxicity, inferred that the clinical dose to be safe.
