目的:建立HPLC法测定五灵胶囊中迷迭香酸含量的方法。方法:采用Linksil C_(18)反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以0.5%冰醋酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相(流动相溶液体积比68:32);流速为0.8 ml·min~(-1);恒温25℃,检测波长为319nm;每次进样量20μl(仪器自带定量环定量)。结果:迷迭香酸在2~80μg·ml~(-1)线性范围具有良好的线性关系,该线性相关系数为0.999 8。平均回收率在97.07%(n=6)精密度为1.35%。结论:本法准确性好,重复性好,快速,检测结果准确,可以用于五灵胶囊中迷迭香酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Wuling capsule. Methods: The reaction was performed on a Linksil C_ (18) reversed-phase column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with 0.5% acetic acid in water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase (mobile phase volume ratio 68:32) ~ (-1); constant temperature 25 ℃, detection wavelength of 319nm; each injection volume 20μl (quantitative volume comes with the instrument). Results: Rosmarinic acid had a good linearity in the linear range of 2 ~ 80μg · ml ~ (-1) with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The average recovery was 97.07% (n = 6) with a precision of 1.35%. Conclusion: This method has good accuracy, repeatability, rapidity and accurate test results. It can be used for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Wuling capsules.
