我国近年公开发表的食物中毒文献显示,捡拾无标识的亚硝酸盐作为食盐食用的有个别报导,但捡拾有明确标识的亚硝酸盐后仍作为食盐食用的则未见报导,因此将云南省西双版纳州发生的该类食物中毒事件报告如下,以期引起相应的重视。1调查对象与方法1.1调查对象患者及其家属与邻居,参与现场处置的州、县疾控中心相关人员,州、县人民医院、镇卫生院相关人员和介入调查的当地公安人员。
