目的研究金雀异黄素对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721生长的影响。方法应用MTT法、流式细胞术和透射电镜超微结构观察分析金雀异黄素对SMMC-7721细胞生长的作用,细胞周期及形态学的影响。结果金雀异黄素明显抑制人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的生长,G2/M期细胞增加。透射电镜超微结构观察发现金雀异黄素使肿瘤细胞超微结构改变。结论金雀异黄素可通过改变细胞的周期和超微结构而抑制人肝癌细胞生长。
Objective To investigate the effects of genistein on the growth of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells. Methods MTT assay, flow cytometry and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe the effect of genistein on SMMC-7721 cell growth, cell cycle and morphology. Results Genistein significantly inhibited the growth of human hepatoma SMMC-7721 cells and increased cells in G2 / M phase. Transmission electron microscopy showed that genistein induced ultrastructural changes in tumor cells. Conclusion Genistein can inhibit the growth of human hepatoma cells by changing the cell cycle and ultrastructure.
