报道了ＨＰＬＣ法同时测定风湿马钱片中士的宁和马钱子碱的含量。色谱条件：色谱柱：ｕｌｔｒａｓｐｈｅｒｅＴＭ－ｃｙａｎｏ（５μｍ，１５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ）；流动相：由Ａ、Ｂ两泵输送，Ａ泵－甲醇，Ｂ泵－乙酸３０ｍｌ，三乙胺１５ｍｌ加水至２００ｍｌ，两泵输出体积比为：Ａ：Ｂ＝９５：５，ｐＨ６．７；ＵＶ检测器；检测波长：２５４ｎｍ。在２～１０μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内，士的宁标准曲线的相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９８，回收率为９９．６％，在１～８μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内，马钱子碱标准曲线的相关系数ｒ＝０．９９７６，回收率为９８．６％。
