该文就我国解除劳动教养制度以后,对罪行较轻、主观恶性较小、社会危害性不大的罪犯,依托成校、社区学院等教育资源,以集教育、培训、劳动、帮扶为一体的教育模式,帮助矫正对象尽快回归社会,并就如何调研设置科学合适教育内容、如何整合资源更好发挥社区矫正教育作用及如何完善管理,保障社区矫正质量提升等方面进行了探索与实践,在道德观念的形成、法律意识的增强、知识技能的提升与团队精神培养等方面取得了一定成效。同时,还就矫正对象的集中、师资力量协调、教学效果的评价、培训效率提升等方面提出了思考。
