目的:优选舒筋活络酒的浸渍提取工艺,确保制剂质量。方法:以川续断皂苷Ⅵ为指标对舒筋活络酒提取工艺进行考察,按制备工艺考察浸渍温度与时间对样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的影响。处方药材分别在模拟室温5℃,20℃,30℃条件下用白酒浸渍20,30,40,50,60 d,并采用HPLC法分别测定川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量。结果:样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量随着浸渍时间的延长与温度的提高而升高。以浸渍时间60 d为例,室温5,20,30℃条件下样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量分别为57.42,84.80,89.35μg·ml~(-1),5℃时样品中的含量仅为30℃时的64.26%。结论:以浸渍法制备舒筋活络酒时,应根据生产时的温度适当调整浸渍时间,夏季以40~50 d,春秋季以50~60 d为宜,冬季不宜生产。
Objective: To optimize the digestion and extraction process of medicinal liquor to ensure preparation quality. Methods: The extraction process of Shujinhuoxue Decoction was studied with Dipsacus saponins Ⅵ as the index, and the effect of dipping temperature and time on the content of Daphnia magna Ⅵ in the samples was investigated according to the preparation process. Prescription herbs were immersed in liquor for 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 d at simulated room temperature of 5 ℃, 20 ℃ and 30 ℃, respectively, and the content of Ⅵ was determined by HPLC. Results: The content of Daphniphyllum saponin VI increased with the increase of immersion time and temperature. Taking immersion time of 60 d as an example, the contents of Daphnia magna in samples were 57.42, 84.80 and 89.35 μg · ml -1 at 5, 20 and 30 ℃, respectively 64.26% at 30 ° C. Conclusion: When using dipping method to prepare medicinal liquor, the dipping time should be adjusted according to the temperature at the time of production. It should be 40 ~ 50 d in summer and 50 ~ 60 d in spring and autumn.
