儿童口腔粘膜血运十分丰富,对于失血又很敏感,故用手术方法治疗血管瘤颇受限制。对弥散型海绵状血管瘤常用注入酒精作硬化治疗。成年人一次注入70%酒精90ml,不会引起局部组织及全身的损害,而在儿童则是不能耐受的。本文报道,根据局部血流量,有助于确定合理的硬化治疗及手术治疗方案。目前研究组织血流的方法有以下几种,如X线造影剂,放射性同位素染料,各种流量计,吸流体积描记法,萤光试验法,血管造影术,毛细血管显微镜检,毛细血流图,测温法等。这些方法都很复杂,并对人体有

For diffuse cavernous hemangiomas, alcohol is often used for sclerotherapy.
