目的 为重建角结膜表面 ,预防翼状胬肉复发。方法 采用羊膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉。随访 1～ 15月 ,观察其效果。结果 形成稳定的眼球表面 ,复发率降低至 5 %。结论 本术式能有效修复角、结膜缺损。重建眼球表面 ,预防翼状胬肉复发获得理想临床效果。
The purpose is to reconstruct the corneal conjunctiva surface and prevent the recurrence of pterygium. Methods Amniotic membrane transplantation for the treatment of pterygium. Follow-up 1 ~ 15 months, observe the effect. The result is a stable eye surface with a reduction in recurrence to 5%. Conclusion This procedure can effectively repair angle and conjunctival defects. Reconstruction of the eyeball surface, prevention of recurrence of pterygium obtain the desired clinical effect.
