目的:研究商陆醋炙前后对动物黏膜刺激性的变化。方法:采用大鼠和小鼠胃肠道试验及家兔眼结膜刺激性试验,观察商陆醋炙前后对动物黏膜的刺激性变化。结果:经醋制后,商陆对动物黏膜的刺激性显著减弱。结论:醋制法能够降低商陆对动物黏膜的刺激性作用。
Objective: To study the changes of mucosal irritation in Hupu vinegar before and after Sunburn. Methods: Gastrointestinal tract tests in rats and mice and conjunctival irritation in rabbits were used to observe the irritation of mucosa in rats. Results: After vinegar, the irritation of the animal mucosa was significantly weakened. Conclusion: Vinegar method can reduce the irritant effect of plover on animal mucous membrane.
