财源建设是财政收入的基础,是县域经济的核心。近年来,山东省临朐县大力实施“工业立县”战略,狠抓招商引资和财源培植,全县骨干财源企业不断发展壮大,推动了财政收入的快速增长。但随着刚性支出的快速增加,财政收支矛盾日益加剧。为保持财政收入快速增长的良好势头,加快提升财政保障能力,在调研基础上,提出培植壮大财源的对策建议。
The construction of financial resources is the basis of fiscal revenue and the core of the county economy. In recent years, Lintao County, Shandong Province, vigorously implement the “industrial county” strategy, pay close attention to investment and financial resources cultivation, county backbone of the continuous growth of financial resources enterprises, and promote the rapid growth of financial revenue. However, with the rapid increase of rigid expenditures, the conflicts between fiscal revenues and expenditures have been aggravated. In order to maintain the good momentum of rapid growth of fiscal revenue and speed up the improvement of financial security capacity, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the financial resources based on the investigation.
