提升高校财务部门对上述工作内容的执行能力,还在于增强财务部门会计人员的岗位综合能力。诸多高校财务部门更关注对会计人员的岗位技能进行提高,却往往忽略了对他们岗位意识的增强。从而,受到岗位意识薄弱的制约,会计人员在工作中将逐渐出现,工作能动性和工作学习能力缺失等状况。因此,应增强他们的岗位全局、监管、责任意识。
