在APT系统的对准误差中,定位引起的误差起决定性的作用。CCD的像元分辨力是影响定位精度的主要因素。研究了在如何保持现有硬件条件不变的情况下,通过软件插值的方法实现CCD像元细分,克服传统的质心算法所带来的系统误差。通过实验验证,采用像元细分后,标准差减小了59.4%。
In the alignment error of APT system, the error caused by positioning plays a decisive role. CCD pixel resolution is the main factor affecting the positioning accuracy. In this paper, how to keep the existing hardware condition unchanged, the method of software interpolation to realize the CCD pixel subdivision, to overcome the system error caused by the traditional centroid algorithm. Through experimental verification, using pixel subdivision, the standard deviation decreased by 59.4%.
