建设项目投资的有效控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分,贯穿于工程建设的全过程。笔者通过对影响工程造价诸多因素的分析和思考,认为要降低工程造价重要的方法与途径就是要控制建设工程各个阶段和各个环节,尽可能地挤净“水分”。
The effective control of investment in construction projects is an important part of project construction management and runs through the entire process of project construction. Through analysis and consideration of many factors that affect the project cost, the author believes that the important method and approach to reduce the project cost is to control all phases and all aspects of the construction project and squeeze the “moisture” as much as possible.
