我院1993年7月～1995年6月，在直肠指检引导下，用Tru－Cut许经会阴部行前列腺穿刺活检术19例，效果满意。1临床资料1．1一般情况本组年龄43～78岁，平均56．7岁。19例均有排尿困难、尿频等症状，肛门指诊前列腺体积增大、质硬，并触及硬结，其中5例前列腺体坚硬，表面不光滑。 Our hospital from July 1993 to June 1995, under the guidance of digital rectal examination, with Tru-Cut perineal prostate biopsy in 19 cases, the effect is satisfactory. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General This group of 43 to 78 years old, with an average of 56.7 years old.
