随着我国改革的不断深入,社会矛盾随着改革的深入也开始显现。受各种社会矛盾的相互影响,社会信任危机日益成为一种法律治理所不可回避的问题。社会信任危机是随着社会发展所必然产生的一种问题,它是各种矛盾交织而形成的。面对社会危机可以通过法理的治理来去解决,因为在解决社会信任危机时可以通过法律治理首先可以来改善社会关系,调节社会矛盾,使社会现状达到一种预期的效果。其次,能够通过法律制度的规定,制定出人们所应当遵守的基本法律准则,对社会信任的作法加以奖励,对于不信任的作法通过法律规定来惩罚,从而维护社会信任。笔者将会探讨社会危机的如何运用法律治理的方法解决。
With the deepening of the reform in our country, the social contradictions began to emerge with the deepening of the reform. Under the influence of various social contradictions, the crisis of social trust has become an unavoidable issue of legal governance. The crisis of social trust is a kind of inevitable problem that arises with the social development. It is formed by the intertwining of various contradictions. In the face of social crisis, it can be solved through the administration of jurisprudence. First, when solving the crisis of social confidence, we can first improve social relations and regulate social conflicts so as to achieve the desired effect on the social status quo. Second, we can formulate the basic legal norms that people should abide by the provisions of the legal system, reward the practice of social trust, and penalize the practice of distrust through legal provisions so as to safeguard social trust. I will explore how to solve the social crisis by using legal governance.
