区域效应理论提示肿瘤周围甚至远离肿瘤的组织中也可能发生与癌灶相似的生化改变,这一理论己经成功应用于结肠癌、乳腺癌等肿瘤的早期诊断。本文就这一理论对指导前列腺癌早期诊断的应用价值进行综述。
Regional effect theory suggests that similar biochemical changes may occur in the tissue around the tumor and even away from the tumor, this theory has been successfully applied to the early diagnosis of colon cancer, breast cancer and other tumors. This article reviews the application of this theory in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer.
