January 23, 1956 Adopted by the 22nd Meeting of the Plenary of the State Council: Yuan Zhongxian as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Xie Feng as Deputy Director of the General Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yao Pang as Deputy Director of Western Europe and Africa Department of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yutian, Wang Deputy Director of Protocol Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Xu Dashen as Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Yu Sang is the Deputy Director of the Ninth Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security; Wang Yuechen is the Chief of the General Office of the Ministry of Justice; Wang Huai An is the Director of the Ordinary Court Division of the Ministry of Justice; Liu Meng is the deputy director of the ordinary courts of the Ministry of Justice, Song Changhua and Zhang Shixia are the deputy directors of personnel department of the Ministry of Justice and Wang Ruqi is notarized by the Ministry of Justice
