生产现场采用非接触式位移传感器测量机器转轴振动时,若怀疑转子存在着由机械偏差和电气偏差引起非振动偏差,产生虚假的振动信号指示时,使用德国申克(Schenck)公司生产的两种偏差处理仪器,可以在不拆卸转子的情况下,直接测量非振动偏差的量值大小,并在机器运行状况下用电气补偿法来进行处理,以保证机器在线振动监测器能指示真实的机器轴振动状况。
