任职教育是提高军官岗位适应能力、满足任职需要的重要教育途径,美军军队院校以办学方针开放、人才培养独到、课程设置合理闻名于世。本文着重从中美军队院校体系结构、教学内容、课程设置三个方面进行比较分析,研究我军院校与美军院校任职教育的差异,以期通过借鉴吸收探索出一条具有中国特色的军队院校任职教育之路。
Serving education is an important way to improve the adaptability of military positions to meet the needs of serving. The military academies of the U.S. military are open to the principle of running a school, unique talents are cultivated, and the curriculum is well-known. This article focuses on the comparative analysis of the system structure, teaching content and curriculum setup of the military academies and schools in the United States and the United States to study the difference of post education between the military academies and the military academies in the hope of exploring a military academy with Chinese characteristics Career education road.
