该文报告了62例儿童臀中肌挛缩症及其手术治疗结果。该组病例中男37例，女25例，年龄4～17岁，均有臀部反复肌注史。根据症状、体征及病变不同，可将该症分为两种类型：Ⅰ型病变为臀大肌和臀中肌均有纤维化及率缩；Ⅱ型病变仅为臀中肌的纤维化及挛缩。在两种类型病例中有36例出现骨盆倾斜及下肢假性不等长。手术方式是彻底切断松解纤维化及挛缩的肌肉及臀筋膜，配合术后早期功能锻炼。该组病例均取得满意效果。
The article reported 62 cases of children with gluteal muscle contracture and surgical treatment results. The group of 37 males and 25 females, aged 4 to 17 years, have a history of repeated intramuscular gluteal. According to the symptoms, signs and lesions are different, the disease can be divided into two types: type Ⅰ lesions gluteus maximus and gluteus medius have fibrosis and rate reduction; type Ⅱ lesion only gluteal muscle fibrosis and contracture . Thirty-six cases of pelvic tilt and lower extremity pseudo-unequal length occurred in both types of cases. The surgical approach is to completely cut off the fibrosis and contracture of the muscles and hip fascia, with early postoperative functional exercise. The group of patients have achieved satisfactory results.
