应日本爱知县政府的邀请,经江苏省人民政府批准,在省外办的组织和协调下,由省轻工厅、省贸易厅、省外办、徐州市万通集团公司、常州酱品厂共同组团,我们一行六人于1996年6月11日至20日在日本爱知县进行了为期10天的考察。 这次考察活动是在爱知县政府国际课配合下,由县商工部负责接待和安排的。在商工部工业振兴课的精心组织和周密安排下,所到之处得到了有关企业的热情接待和大力配合。尽管考察时间很短,但因考察日程安排十分合理紧凑,因此接触的面较宽,考察的内容较为丰富。在短短10天时间里,我们重点考察了爱知县调味品、糕点、酿酒等近10家食品生产厂家、研究机构和销售企业。 由于我方考察人员组成结构比较合理,既有我省食品行业的管理人员,又有食品生产企业的决策人员,还有食品生产企业中的专业技术人员。省外办为提高考察效率,为此专门配备了口译能力很强的翻译人员。所以在交流活动中双方共同语言较多,涉猎范围较为广泛,考察活动开展比较顺利。我们既考察了爱知县主要食品加工企业的生产技术,又与研究机构进行了技术交流,还考察了大型食品销售超级市场,并与日本同行共同探讨了江苏省和爱知县食品工业的发 At the invitation of the Aichi prefectural government in Japan, and with the approval of the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, under the organization and coordination of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, the Provincial Department of Light Industry, Provincial Trade Department, Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, Xuzhou City Vantone Group Co., Changzhou Sauce Factory In a joint delegation, our six-member team conducted a 10-day expedition in Aichi Prefecture, Japan from June 11 to June 20, 1996. The inspection was carried out by the County Ministry of Commerce and Industry under the cooperation of the international class of the Aichi Prefectural Government. Under the meticulous organization and careful arrangement of the Industrial Promotion Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, we received warm reception and vigorous cooperation from related companies. Although the inspection time is very short, due to the fact that the inspection schedule is very reasonable and compact, the contact area is wider and the content of the inspection is more abundant. In a short span of 10 days, we focused on nearly 10 food manufacturers, research institutes, and sales companies such as condiments, cakes, and wines in Aichi Prefecture. Due to the reasonable structure of our inspectors, there are both managers of the food industry in our province, decision makers of food production companies, and professional technicians in food production companies. In order to increase the efficiency of investigations, the Provincial Office of Foreign Affairs has specially equipped translators with strong interpretation skills. Therefore, in the exchange activities, the two parties have more common language and more extensive coverage, and the inspection activities are relatively smooth. We have inspected the production technologies of the major food processing companies in Aichi Prefecture, and conducted technical exchanges with research institutions. We also inspected large-scale food sales supermarkets and discussed with Japanese counterparts the development of the food industry in Jiangsu Province and Aichi Prefecture.
