一、不断提高对职业经理人培训工作的认识是做好职业化培训的基础提高对职业经理人制度的认识,首先要明确职业经理人制度的重要性。根据建设部市场管理司和工程质量安全监督与行业发展司下达的“建筑企业职业经理人资质认证与建筑企业资质管理研究”与“建设工程项目经理责任制与质量安全保证体系建立研究”两大课题,我们山西省建工集团培训中心结合多年来项目经理和项目经营管理人才、建设工程专业技术人才培训工作的实践,从三个方面进一步明确了建立职业经理人制度的重要意义:
