本钢与东北大学共同培养的第二批17名双导制硕士研究生,于近日被东北大学正式授予硕士学位,并取得研究生毕业证书。为此,本钢在岗研究生数量达到124人,占专业技术人员总数的比例,由过去的6.7‰提高到7.75‰,进一步改善了公司专业技术队伍结构。这批双导制硕士研究生,共涉及11个专业,于1992年初入学,历时三年。他们第一年在本钢半脱产学习,第二年到校脱产半年攻读学位课,然后回本钢针对公司生产、科研中的
Bengang and Northeastern University co-cultivate the second batch of 17 dual master graduate students, was recently duly awarded by Northeastern University master’s degree and obtain a graduate diploma. To this end, the number of Bengang Post graduate students reached 124, accounting for the total number of professional and technical personnel ratio from 6.7 ‰ to 7.75 ‰, to further improve the company’s professional and technical team structure.
