目的:观察分析正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月在本所进行治疗的牙齿间出现间隙患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,将60例患者随机纳入两个组别中,每组30例患者,其中对照组采用常规方法进行口腔修复,而观察组则在口腔修复中应用正畸治疗,最后对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组治疗总有效率以及患者对治疗的满意度明显优于对照组患者,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率也相对较低,优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸治疗在口腔修复中具有重要的应用价值,可以减少不良反应发生,提高治疗有效率。
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment in oral repair. Methods: Sixty patients with gaps between teeth treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 The patients in the control group were treated with the conventional method for oral repair, while the observation group received orthodontic treatment in the oral repair. Finally, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of observation group and patients’ satisfaction with treatment were obviously better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was also relatively lower, which was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Orthodontics has important application value in oral repair, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the treatment efficiency.
