本工作考察了 MoCl_4-(i-Bu)_2AlO CH_3(简称Mo-Al)体系在加氢汽油中对丁二烯(Bd)聚合的催化行为,研究了Al/Mo(摩尔比,下同)值、Mo/Bd值、聚合温度和乙酸乙酯用量对聚合的影响。结果表明,聚合温度为 50℃,Mo/Bd=2.0×10~(-4),Al/Mo=20—40,聚合 7小时,转化率可达80%以上。聚合物的分子量随聚合温度的升高而降低,但分散指数增大,在40—60℃时,分散指数为3.4—9.3;在一定程度上,可用聚合温度作为调节分子量及其分布的一种手段。乙酸乙酯的适宜用量为1%。聚合物的1,2-链节含量在80%以上,几乎无顺-1,4链节。
This work investigated the catalytic behavior of MoCl_4- (i-Bu) _2AlO_CH_3 (Mo-Al) system for the polymerization of butadiene (Bd) in hydrogenated gasoline. The effects of molar ratio of Al / Mo , Mo / Bd value, polymerization temperature and the amount of ethyl acetate on the polymerization. The results show that the conversion rate can reach more than 80% when the polymerization temperature is 50 ℃, Mo / Bd = 2.0 × 10 -4, Al / Mo = 20-40. The molecular weight of the polymer decreases with the increase of the polymerization temperature, but the dispersion index increases. At 40-60 ℃, the dispersion index is 3.4-9.3. To a certain extent, the polymerization temperature can be used as a kind of molecular weight adjustment and distribution means. The suitable amount of ethyl acetate is 1%. The 1,2-link content of the polymer is above 80% with almost no cis-1,4 linkages.
