“Yan is love, loose is harm,” and “strict discipline gives out high disciples”. This is the truth that has been proven for educational practice for thousands of years. To educate poor students, love is a prerequisite, love must be strict, and strict requirements are an important part of “teacher love”. If we only emphasize the means of love and neglect the strict requirements, then our love will lose its basis. How can we educate poor students on this “degree”? First of all, the demand for poor students should have a gradual and gradual process. It should not be too high at first. The strict demands of teachers on poor students are not tantamount to the demanding requirements. If the requirements are too high, too much, or excessively proficient, poor students will not be able to do it for a time. Not only will the requirements become empty words, but they will also think that the demands made by teachers cannot be fulfilled. Make them lose confidence and courage to overcome the shortcomings and correct mistakes. According to a survey conducted by a school, 24.5% of poor students are not disciplined. This is because the teachers’ demands are too high for them to achieve. Therefore, they simply do not complete the teacher’s request. As time goes by, they form a bad habit of undiscipline.
