本文针对按通常工艺制作的钨丝探伤用探头存在填充系数低、易被磨损、寿命短、可靠性差等缺点,对常规探头的结构型式及骨架材料、绕制工艺和接线方式进行改革,自行研制成功一种新颖结构、高灵敏、长寿命丝材穿过式涡流探头。配合100kHzyy11涡流仪,在探头填充系数η频率比f/fg分别为0.52、σ的试验条件下,可发现φ1.3mm钨丝超过直径10%深度的非连续性裂纹。
