It analyzes the ideological origins of harmonious society and the definition of vulnerable groups, expounds the necessity and importance of solving the problems of vulnerable groups in building a harmonious society. In the light of the status quo of vulnerable groups, some suggestions are put forward on how to better solve the problems of vulnerable groups.
