我队原来使用的是六四六厂出产的100米道距,5个检波器组合的大线。根据新设计采用50米道距,作每次叠加的施工要求,这种大线不能充分地利用起来。只能将原来100米的大线,圈缩成50米长的大线,用这种形式铺开24道,备用6道线段。但是,施工剖面(0-250-1400)长,放三炮后,就要等着大线“搬家”放炮了。这样,在人力和物力上造成了极大的浪费,同时给生产进度也带来一定的影响。针对这个问题,我们大胆革新,群策群力,设计了一种“小大线”(图1)。
My team originally used the 64th factory produced 100 meters away from the road, a combination of 5 detector line. According to the new design using 50 meters track, for each superposition of the construction requirements, this line can not be fully utilized. Only the original 100 meters of large lines, circle into a 50-meter-long line, with this form spread out 24, spare 6 line segments. However, the construction section (0-250-1400) long, put three guns, we must wait for the big line “moving” was fired. This has caused tremendous waste in manpower and material resources as well as brought a certain impact on the progress of production. In response to this issue, we boldly innovate and work together to design a “big big line” (Figure 1).
