在烧碱-蒽醌法制浆工艺中加入氧化铝可以提高硅在未漂麦草浆中的留着,提高纸浆纤维的灰分及二氧化硅含量,解决或减轻黑液“硅干扰”问题。本课题主要研究最佳留着浆料中的灰分及二氧化硅的蒸煮工艺。实验结果证明:将NaOH、AQ以及Al_2O_3混合均匀后再与麦草原料混合,在用碱量为14%,Al_2O_3用量为3%,蒽醌用量为0.05%,液比1:5的条件下,升温60min内到达155℃后保温30min后卸锅,该工艺可以达到最好的留硅效果。
The addition of alumina to caustic soda-anthraquinone pulping process can improve the retention of silicon in the unbleached wheat straw pulp, increase the ash and silica content of pulp fiber, and solve or alleviate the problem of black liquor “silicon interference ”. This topic focuses on the best remaining in the slurry of ash and silica cooking process. The experimental results show that NaOH, AQ and Al_2O_3 are mixed well and then mixed with raw materials of wheat straw. Under the conditions of alkali content of 14%, Al_2O_3 of 3%, anthraquinone content of 0.05% and liquid ratio of 1: 5, Within 60min reached 155 ℃ and then incubated 30min after the unloading pot, the process can achieve the best stay silicon effect.
