目的研究转录因子Sp1与凋亡抑制因子Bcl-2在胃腺癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数及患者预后之间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测63例胃腺癌组织(A组)、19例胃黏膜不典型增生组织(B组)及10例因胃良性病变行部分切除的正常胃黏膜组织(C组)中Sp1、Bcl-2的表达特征。结果A组Sp1阳性表达率为58.7%,明显高于B组的21.1%及C组的10.0%(P<0.05);Sp1蛋白的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度及TNM分期、淋巴结转移之间有明显的相关性。A组Bcl-2的阳性表达率为65.1%,明显高于B组的42.1%及C组的20.0%(P<0.05)。Bcl-2蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移,无明显相关性。结论Sp1、Bcl-2对胃癌的发生发展起重要作用,检测其蛋白表达水平对于评价患者的预后有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Sp1 and Bcl-2 in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric mucosa and their relationship with clinical pathological parameters and prognosis. Methods Tissue samples from 63 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma (group A), 19 patients with gastric dysplasia (group B) and 10 patients with normal gastric mucosa (group C) partially resected due to benign gastric lesions were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Sp1, Bcl-2 expression characteristics. Results The positive expression rate of Sp1 in group A was 58.7%, significantly higher than that in group B (21.1%) and group C (10.0%) (P <0.05). The expression of Sp1 protein was significantly correlated with the depth of tumor invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis Relevance. The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 in group A was 65.1%, which was significantly higher than that in group B 42.1% and group C 20.0% (P <0.05). Bcl-2 protein expression and tumor invasion depth, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis, no significant correlation. Conclusion Sp1 and Bcl-2 play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer. To detect the expression of Bcl-2 protein has some value in evaluating the prognosis of patients.
