开展劳动竞赛,是党在企业中,组织广大职工实现国家计划,依靠职工办好农场的重要方法。也是党领导与管理企业的根本原则之一。如果党组织放松了对竞赛工作的领导,也就是放弃了封生产保证监督的责任。一九五三年下半年中共宝泉岭农场党委,在上级党委领导与帮助下,学习了原东北局城工会议的决议和五三工厂等政治工作经验后,明确了组织劳动竞赛是全党的事业,是党政工团共同的任务。因而,加强了封劳动竞赛的领导,克服了工会组织单枪独马的和突击式的去搞竞赛的现象,使动动竞赛成为广大职工经常完成生产计划不可缺少的劳动方式。现将我场党委在组织劳动竞赛中的主要经验介绍如下。
