目的:研究持续护理质量改进在褥疮预防中的应用价值。方法:将2010年2月-2011年12月未实行持续护理质量改进的难免性褥疮患者为对照组,2012年2月-2013年12月实行持续护理质量改进的难免性褥疮患者为研究组。结果:对照组褥疮发生率为9.1%,研究组为2.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续护理质量改进规范了褥疮护理,有效降低了褥疮的发生率,提高整体护理质量。
Objective: To study the application value of continuous nursing quality improvement in bed sore prevention. Methods: From February 2010 to December 2011, patients with uncomplicated pressure ulcers who did not undergo continuous nursing quality improvement were selected as the control group. Patients with refractory bedsore who underwent continuous nursing quality improvement from February 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the study group. Results: The incidence of bed sores in control group was 9.1% and in study group was 2.8%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The quality of continuous nursing regulates bed sore care, effectively reducing the incidence of bed sores and improving the overall quality of nursing.
