图书馆建筑要符合国情,即符合我国是一个发展中国家这个现实。我国现在的图书馆建筑,既要摆脱陈旧落后的羁绊,向现代化迈进;又不可能立即全部地照搬发达国家的现代化模式。所以需要研究一种适应发展中国家特点的建筑模式。我们的目标是现代化,但现代化的经济基础制约着我们的步伐。首先是建筑资金还不充裕,现代化所必需的能源还难以满足,现代化设施的运营维持经费还很有限,加之技术管理和设备不完全适应需要,因此我们不可能照搬发
