在通用机械典型零件的加工过程中,热变形在总变形量中占据了很大的比例,因而做好热变形的研究及控制,对于减少零件变形量有着重要的意义。本文分析了典型零件在加工过程中产生热变形的原因,并提出了控制热变形的方法。
In the processing of typical parts of general machinery, thermal deformation occupies a large proportion of the total deformation, so to do the research and control of thermal deformation is of great significance to reduce the deformation of parts. This paper analyzes the causes of thermal deformation of typical parts during machining, and puts forward the method of controlling thermal deformation.
