液压系统的分析和设计,特别是数字仿真、性能预测和优化,需要建立系统的状态空间表示。本文提供一种新的液压系统模型建立法——系统分析法。它是运用大系统理论建立液压系统状态空间表示的一般方法。系统分析法较之传递函数法和“Bond Graph”法(键合图法)具有特殊的优点,液压系统愈是大型复杂,方法的优点表现得愈为显著。文章分“系统分级”、“系统拓扑分析”、“子系统的状态空间表示”和“系统的状态空间表示”四节,探讨了系统分析法的实施细则,并以常见的采用调速阀的节流调速系统为例说明了方法的具体运用。
Analysis and design of hydraulic systems, especially digital simulation, performance prediction and optimization, require the establishment of a state space representation of the system. This article provides a new method for establishing a hydraulic system model, a system analysis method. It is a general method to establish the state space representation of a hydraulic system using large system theory. Compared with the transfer function method and Bond Graph method (bond graph method), the system analysis method has special advantages. The more the hydraulic system is large and complex, the more obvious the advantages of the method are. The article is divided into four sections: “System Classification”, “System Topology Analysis”, “State Space Representation of Subsystems” and “State Space Representation of Systems”, and discusses the implementation details of system analysis method. Throttle speed control system as an example to illustrate the specific use of the method.
